HURRICANE RAFAEL TO PASSED EAST OF BERMUDA

At 8 AM AST Wednesday Hurricane RAPHAEL was centered 310 miles north northeast of Bermuda. Peak winds were 80 mph. The storm was moving towards to north northeast at 33 mph.


The east coast cold front will begin weakening RAFAEL and causing it to transform to a post-tropical/extratropical storm Wednesday night.
