ISAAC NOT QUITE A HURRICANE, BUT STILL A COASTAL THREAT

As expected, Tropical Storm ISAAC has still not beome a hurricane yet. The drier air to the east and north of the storm were probably the reason it had not intensified. At 8 AM EDT Tuesday, the storm was centered 105 miles southeast of the mouth of the Mississippi River. It was moving at northwest at only 7 mph with 70 mph winds.[
