ERNESTO TO BRUSH HONDURAS AND HIT BELIZE

Tropical Storm ERNESTO is expected to increase to hurricane strength by the time it reaches the coast of Belize.

At 8 AM Tuesday, Tropical Storm ERNESTO’s winds were 65 mph. ERNESTO was centered 250 miles east of Belize moving towards the west northwest at 13 mph.

In the mid-Atlantic, a final advisory was issued Monday for FLORENCE, which became a Post-tropical low because organized deep convection had been absent from the system for more than 12 hours.

Our weather will see an increase of shower activity today and Wednesday as the remnant low in Alabama (that brought our Sunday rains from the Atlantic) begins to move eastward across Georgia.” /> UPDATE! ERNESTO is expected to reach hurricane strength by the time it reaches Belize[/caption]
