DON RIDES INTO SOUTH TEXAS

Stormy in south Texas. . .Hot and sunny in Florida. Another storm ahead?

In 2010 many storm tracks bypassed Florida. As DON moves into south Texas tonight, computer models indicate the next storm will form east of the Lesser Antilles and head towards the Lesser Antilles. A look at the steering currents next week indicates the track for this storm would not be west towards the Gulf of Mexico, but that it could turn northward into the Atlantic, possibly near the Bahamas. But with the weather, things often change. Stay tuned!

It looks like a busy season. Make sure you are prepared for one if it heads our way.
