DISORGANIZED SHOWERS CONTINUE WESTWARD

Upper Winds continue to keep storm from forming

In the form of a tropical wave, the showers continue to move towards the WNW at 10 to 15 mph. After passing over the Virgin Islands today, they will move towards Pierto Rico, Hispaniola, and Cuba over the weekend. Upper level winds will continue to cause the chance of tropical storm development down to 10% or less.
