Low northeast of Bahamas and former Fred are subdued

El Nino rules! At least over the low pressure in the Atlantic 500 miles east of Jacksonville. And the remains of Fred appear to be fading because of two cold air cyclones capping storm developments over it and the eastern Caribbean.
This is good news as we are now going over the hump of the hurricane season.
